JUNIOR ATHLETE

Each B.A.S.E.C. Training Program involves a detailed initial evaluation of the client athlete.  Their individual strengths and weaknesses are assessed and a custom program is designed to improve athletic performance, while adhering to strict injury prevention techniques. The program requires commitment, discipline and a desire to succeed. Our motto of "work hard, win easy" is embedded in everything we do, as we show our athletes the importance that physical fitness has on mental toughness.

We understand that our clients have various levels of athletic ability, and so our sessions cater to each level of ability from amateur to the professional player. When you sign up with B.A.S.E.C. you are partnering with Manny, a former professional athlete, and Pat Etcheberry, an icon in the tennis training world, to achieve world class results.
