Each B.A.S.E.C. Training Program involves a detailed initial evaluation of the client athlete. Their individual strengths and weaknesses are assessed and a custom program is designed to improve athletic performance, while adhering to strict injury prevention techniques. The program requires commitment, discipline and a desire to succeed. Our motto of "train hard, win easy" is embedded in everything we do, as we show our athletes the importance that physical fitness has on mental toughness.
