My daughter, Ellie Pittman, has been working with B.A.S.E.C. to help with her movement on the tennis court. A major part of success in tennis is one's ability to move. Since working with B.A.S.E.C., Ellie has drastically improved her ability to get balls in the corners of the court and recover quickly for the next shot. She has increased her speed, balance, and strength in a relatively short period of time. With these improvements, she is now able to focus more on the more detailed aspects of movement on the tennis court such as change of direction, appropriate split step mechanics, and keeping a low center of gravity. While the improvement has been great, there is still much room for continued improvement. When working with B.A.S.E.C., the atmosphere has been challenging yet always positive and very rewarding.
