ROOKIE LEVEL I is designed for 6-8 year old boys and girls. Through age appropriate exercises and fun at-home assignments to do with family or friends. Rookie Level I training creates a foundation for coordination, flexibility, and athleticism, regardless of sport. 

These young athletes will attend one weekly training session (45 minutes) over a 10-week term. 

ROOKIE LEVEL II is designed for 8-10 year old boys and girls. An athlete training at this level has advanced from the basic fundamentals of balance, coordination, and change of direction. These athletes are educated on how to properly warm-up, stretch, and recover. Rookie Level II focuses on applying power and explosive movements to increase speed and agility.

These athletes will attend two weekly training sessions (60 minutes long) over a 10-week term.
