Service Description

This camp is designed for intermediate to advanced level players with high level goals. It aims to focus on footwork, movement, and fitness to complement your regular tennis training. The camp features 2 hours of targeted ball machine-infused footwork drills, as well as live hitting drills and execution, teaching you how to hit every shot with the proper footwork. We’ll work on improving your positioning, speed, and agility, while also increasing your movement efficiency. Athletes will also have 1 hour of tennis-specific strength and conditioning and injury prevention application which to maximize results and overall performance. Our coaching staff will be led by Manny Edwards (MTPS, TPS, TPT), along with multiple collegiate tennis players and guest coaches, ensuring you receive expert guidance from professionals with both tennis and fitness expertise. With real-time video analysis and data-driven insights, you’ll get personalized feedback to make immediate improvements to your game. Camp Highlights: • 2 hours of targeted ball machine-infused footwork drills, as well as live hitting drills and execution • 1 hour of tennis-specific strength & conditioning • No more than 3-4 athletes per court, ensuring individual attention and focused training • Increased court awareness through drills designed to improve anticipation and reaction time • Focused training on injury prevention and how to enhance long-term athletic performance This camp is designed to complement—not replace—your regular tennis practice, helping you move better, hit stronger, and play smarter.
